1. 2-Tablespoon Chia Seeds
2. 1 lemon or lime
4. 2 Honey Twigs
1. Add chia and water into a jar or glass and stir very well to combine. Allow the chia seeds to settle for 10 minutes and swell up.
2.Add lime or lemon juice and 2 Honey Twigs to taste. Stir (or shake) well to combine and enjoy!
